I would suggest the following:
Quit making tests, everyone hates tests ;-)
No I'm kidding.
1. Send an email to WIZIQ here

they are very quick to respond but remember their bsuiness hours are different.
2. remember to give them the link to the class recording or test or item
3. If it is a recorded class, give the time (located on bottom of recording) where the problem is at.
4. Describe what you can to help them identify the issues to look into. It is like a detective game.
